Riccò bought his way out of his contract with Ceramica Flaminia for 75,000 Euro and is considering offers from two teams. He hopes to ride the Vuelta, he had talks with Quickstep earlier this year. So let's hope we get him to the Vuelta!

According to Riis there's not going to be that many changes.
"It's not like we get 10 new riders" he said to danish television. But 6 from this year's tour team will propably leave.
Riders like O'Grady, Fuglsang, Breschel, Voigt perhaps, and then 2xSchleck, whic is alread official.

why would you want ricco to do well?
It won´t take a long time then to see him banned again
Rasmussen could be a possibility for Saxo Bank-Sunguard.
I think this would be a good transfer on sporting grounds atleast for Riis, there's no doubt that he needs more mountain helpers. Also Rasmussen would be very cheap as his personal sponsor will pay his salary.
If Ricco and Vino can come back to the pro tour, then rasmussen could too, is my opinion, i know many disagree

He would be an interesting lieutenant for AC He hasn't done more harm to the tour than Vino did in 2007 or Ricco, and Basso for that matter.

Because i like his riding style and he is fun to watch and if we can't cheer for riders which have cheated earlier, what's the point in watching?
It wouldn't be so many riders anyway to like then.
