LAST ADDITIONS & FINAL ROSTER
After the last 2 additions our roster is finally complete. With Mifsud and Pesenti we have now 2 more valuable helpers with a bit Potential left to be even better next year. They also still have some years left in there tank to be valuable not just for one season. There profile also fits us because they are useful on multiple terrains. And it isnt completely out of the world that they can seek their own chances every now and then. We are really happy of how it turned out.
SO here is our final Squad:
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | OVR | XP | Age |  | Cras | 68 | 80 | 76 | 72 | 73 | 78 | 77 | 77 | 58 | 60 | 67 | 61 | 67 | 70 | 77.02 | 4.100 | 30 |  | Carcueva | 69 | 77 | 77 | 76 | 64 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 60 | 64 | 73 | 75 | 69 | 65 | 75.45 | 4.100 | 31 |  | Ganjkhanlou | 73 | 61 | 63 | 65 | 63 | 70 | 70 | 76 | 62 | 78 | 79 | 55 | 74 | 74 | 75.08 | 4.100 | 29 |  | Glivar | 70 | 71 | 74 | 76 | 67 | 72 | 74 | 70 | 58 | 70 | 72 | 73 | 71 | 68 | 74.91 | 4.79 | 24 |  | Vangheluwe | 79 | 60 | 63 | 65 | 73 | 76 | 78 | 71 | 74 | 62 | 71 | 76 | 68 | 73 | 74.82 | 4.100 | 25 |  | Mayrhofer | 74 | 60 | 67 | 73 | 60 | 75 | 74 | 79 | 71 | 76 | 76 | 68 | 67 | 68 | 74.54 | 4.100 | 26 |  | Heinrich | 70 | 65 | 63 | 60 | 71 | 70 | 77 | 71 | 76 | 67 | 73 | 69 | 65 | 76 | 73.39 | 4.100 | 25 |  | Camrda | 71 | 71 | 72 | 72 | 71 | 74 | 76 | 74 | 54 | 66 | 72 | 72 | 68 | 73 | 73.30 | 4.100 | 25 |  | Ryuki | 72 | 69 | 71 | 73 | 64 | 74 | 71 | 70 | 60 | 67 | 73 | 75 | 66 | 65 | 73.13 | 4.78 | 27 |  | Van Bekkum | 70 | 75 | 73 | 70 | 71 | 73 | 74 | 69 | 54 | 66 | 64 | 73 | 69 | 69 | 73.12 | 4.90 | 24 |  | Mifsud | 70 | 69 | 71 | 73 | 67 | 71 | 68 | 65 | 67 | 67 | 74 | 73 | 72 | 69 | 72.77 | 4.90 | 27 |  | Van Sintmaartensdijk | 79 | 64 | 66 | 67 | 72 | 74 | 73 | 72 | 66 | 66 | 75 | 71 | 66 | 72 | 72.69 | 4.100 | 25 |  | Yamamoto | 69 | 72 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 65 | 67 | 69 | 57 | 67 | 71 | 70 | 67 | 71 | 72.36 | 4.100 | 30 |  | Reynders | 73 | 61 | 62 | 67 | 66 | 73 | 72 | 65 | 71 | 70 | 72 | 73 | 74 | 64 | 71.98 | 4.90 | 28 |  | Pesenti | 72 | 69 | 72 | 70 | 64 | 70 | 71 | 67 | 65 | 68 | 72 | 65 | 71 | 64 | 71.68 | 4.90 | 27 |  | Hashikawa | 66 | 73 | 71 | 68 | 65 | 70 | 70 | 73 | 58 | 57 | 66 | 66 | 67 | 64 | 70.84 | 3.26 | 23 |  | Minami | 71 | 69 | 70 | 70 | 68 | 71 | 68 | 72 | 60 | 62 | 66 | 68 | 65 | 66 | 70.53 | 3.18 | 23 |  | Hayashibara | 70 | 58 | 64 | 69 | 56 | 70 | 71 | 63 | 64 | 68 | 72 | 69 | 66 | 62 | 69.66 | 3.18 | 23 |  | Adomaitis² | 70 | 54 | 58 | 62 | 62 | 67 | 64 | 60 | 69 | 67 | 69 | 69 | 64 | 61 | 68.88 | 1.00 | 22 |

Thats how its supposed to look with the efforts in the offseason too from Cras & Ganjkhanlou.
Cobbles, TT and also Hills may be a question mark this year but we hope with our more versatile riders they will do really well in the races.
Our goal is make another step forward and see what it brings us this year. Promotion we hope we can fight for but we dont expect it. If it doesnt happen this year we can still continue next year with our squad even stronger. None of our riders will decline, on the contrary, there are a few that only get better.
-----------------------
@cunego:
For us it was worth to invest in Ganjkhanlou, from Iran He will be our primary sprinter so getting him a little boost in this regard we felt worth it.
Cras hopefully should do really well and secure us a lot of points. And the others have shown already they can do something so i hope they take another step and score even more.
@ember:
Yes, and also another regional piece with more value than it looks as first. I think the same goes for the other 2 additions, just valuable, not flashy.
@DaneBramage:
Haha, lets hope so. Like i wrote earlier we dont expect promotion right away but we would be very happy if it works already.
@Blasing:
He was from the beginning a center piece of our Plans, great skills with an even better wage combo for this year. So I hope he will show why you react like this

Pesenti was second on my Italian list for round two, and Mifsud was on my list for round one. So, I like the picks

Cool trainings

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

I guess training in CT is not that difficult? Just kidding
I think the trainings definitely push you into contention for promotion.

I'd say it's pretty much the same as with Banco Vaticano here: Cras alone should make you a contender for promotion, but the riders behind him will have to deliver too to really make it happen.

@all: Training is possible in CT if you just dont "waste" money on transfers ... I knew from the start that my team had a good foundation already so there was no need for a huge turnaround. Cras Training was planned from the beginning also.
I hope he can score well but it seems with Powless and others the division is really strong this year in this regard, so I hope cras can deliver to help us fighting for promotion.
