Paez is a great addition in CT and on a great wage as well

Charles looks indeed very promosing! Just nice to have a guy from Peru in our team
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Transfers Part 4
We start with 2 stagiares
Jose Trillat (22) 10.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 68 | 63 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 67 | 70 | 65 | 57 | 62 | 63 | 64 | 64 | 67 | 22 |
Santiago Umba (23) 10.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 64 | 66 | 67 | 68 | 59 | 65 | 65 | 73 | 53 | 62 | 70 | 60 | 64 | 53 | 23 |
He’s like a goulash on wheels
Viktor Filutas (29) 60.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 70 | 74 | 75 | 75 | 71 | 71 | 69 | 69 | 54 | 65 | 74 | 76 | 69 | 71 | 29 |
With Viktor Filutas from Hungary, we welcome our very first European rider to IncaLine. An all-rounder who excels on the climbs and especially on the hills, he will be the perfect luxury domestique for Paez. Of course, Viktor will also have the chance to chase his own opportunities from time to time. As our first European signing, his arrival could well open the door for more riders from the region to join and make him feel even more at home.
A true Havana touch: steady smoke through the peloton
Ricardo Delgado Gonzales (24) 55.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 65 | 70 | 69 | 68 | 58 | 70 | 67 | 63 | 60 | 67 | 70 | 69 | 66 | 62 | 24 |
Our next transfer is 24-year-old Cuban rider Ricardo Delgado Gonzales. We are delighted to add some youthful energy to our roster, with plenty of room still for growth and development. Ricardo brings the spirit of Cuba into the peloton, and we believe he can mature into an even stronger rider within the IncaLine project.
He knows how to erupt when the road goes up
Henry Antonio Rojas (26) 55.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 68 | 70 | 73 | 76 | 63 | 76 | 71 | 72 | 68 | 67 | 76 | 73 | 70 | 66 | 26 |
Another new addition to Paez’s hill train is Henry Antonio Rojas, a strong puncher from Nicaragua. With his ability to shine on the climbs and support in the decisive moments, he will be an important asset in strengthening our squad for the hilly classics. Together with Paez, Rojas is set to bring even more firepower to IncaLine when the roads tilt upwards.
Ignacio Jesus Prado (32) 170.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 72 | 77 | 75 | 73 | 74 | 73 | 73 | 75 | 61 | 64 | 70 | 72 | 70 | 78 | 32 |
We are delighted to finally welcome a true GC rider to IncaLine: Ignacio Jesús Prado from Mexico. With his valuable experience, he also becomes the team’s highest earner, underlining his importance within our squad. As our designated leader, he will target several smaller stage races, where we hope to see him deliver strong performances and impressive results. |

Transfers Part 5
Our Canadian stagiaire brings northern grit and maple spirit to IncaLine
Joel Plamondon (23) 10.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 65 | 63 | 65 | 67 | 59 | 69 | 71 | 66 | 57 | 68 | 70 | 62 | 64 | 58 | 23 |
We are pleased to welcome our Canadian stagiaire to IncaLine. Still young and full of potential, he will gain valuable experience with the team as he takes his first steps into professional cycling. With his determination and fresh energy, he is ready to show what Canadian cycling talent can bring to the international peloton.
Strong as the walls of Valletta, steady as the Maltese rocks
Aidan Buttigieg (28) 50.000| FL | MO | MM | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | 74 | 63 | 65 | 67 | 71 | 71 | 72 | 71 | 71 | 66 | 69 | 75 | 71 | 71 | 28 |
We are happy to introduce our second European signing, Aidan Buttigieg from Malta. A solid all-rounder, Aidan is a transfer we particularly value, as he can fulfil his domestique duties across every type of terrain. Reliable and versatile, he will be an important support rider for IncaLine, much like the rock-solid spirit of his Mediterranean homeland. |

Filutas and Prado look like a very solid stage race duo. I wonder if the latter's great PRL stat comes in handy somewhere.

I thought snooker players would support each other
Chiarello, Prado and De Paula are guys who were top of my list, but I must admit they are a better fit for your team. Especially Chiarello could shine one more time coming season. Paez is another guy that makes a lot of sense.
Best of luck this season!

Looks like some very good additions for a first year team. And doing it with a strong regional focus (including a Peruvian talent - yes!) is very cool to see too. Looking forward to the final squad pictures and what you do in the season

Indeed Charles is a cool rider.
Chiarello is more of a PT legend, than a CT legend I think. He was 7-8th in Grand Tour consistently through a period of 4-5 years
Absolutely more of a PT icon than a CT legend in my books. Was a perfect rider to send to two Grand Tours at the time:
2020 (Evonik): 7th Giro, 11th Tour, 41st in the PT ranking
2021 (Evonik): 7th Giro, 8th Tour, 37th in the PT ranking
2022 (ELCO): 8th Vuelta, 8th Tour, 43rd in the PT ranking
Also 3 Grand Tour stage wins across that three year span as well
Which was especially noteworthy since he was paid nowhere similar to riders who reliably were able to score like that.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Due to personal circumstances, IncaLine is starting up a little later than planned. Our schedule will be finalized by tomorrow evening at the latest. We would like to thank the organizers and all the other members who are supporting us with a few technical things.
As a little teaser, here’s a first look at our cycling kit for the new season.

Praise Kuzco, may the Emperor himself guide the team wherever the road takes them.
