In order to add countries:
Open STA_Country with an advanced editor like pcm fast editor or Lachi's.
Add an unique new line with an unique id. Add a CONSTANT, for example "ITA" for italy etc. If you want the team to have a national team you'll have to add it in DYN_National_team and put its id in sta_country.
Open local.cdb (find it into Game Folder/Database) with cyanide's full editor v4.
Add a brand new line in STA_LOCALIZED_STRING, if you don't find it, it's named "LOC". Add a new line with an unique id. Put the same CONSTANT as STA_Country and after that you'll have to put the name of that country in different languages, for example Italy will be Italia in Italian, Italy in English and Italie in French.
Save and go to the next table, sta_tga, as always add a brand new line with an unique id, under gene_sz_tga put the name of the country flag that you find into gui/country_flag, under CONSTANT the same constant as sta_country and in game_sz_directory "gui/country_flag".
Save and go back to the other database. In the next two columns you'll have to put the IDs of the brand new rows you added in local.cdb. Put 2 0s in the next 3 columns. In fkid_tga_skin you'll have to select a skin colour for that country, which will be useful for the regens. What do those types mean?
Type 1 -> Black
Type 2 -> South European, Italian-like
Type 3 -> Chinese or Australian-like
Type 4 -> South American or North African-like
Type 5 -> Pale white, not as much as type 6, north european-like
Type 6 -> Palest white, Russian or Ukranian like
In gene_i_calendar, choose the focus of the riders of that country. You can choose among:
1 -> French Races
2 -> Spanish Races
3 -> Italian and Swiss Races
4 -> BeNeLux Races
5 -> Austrian Races
6 -> Portuguese Races
7 -> Other Countries' Races
8 -> North American Races
9 -> South American Races
10 -> Scandinavian Races
11 -> UK Races
12 -> Eastern Europe Races
13 -> Asian Races
14 -> South-Eastern Europe Races
In gene_i_climat put an 1.
You're now done with adding the country! As for the scouting zones, you'll need to spend a bit more time, Kentaurus made a guide for PCM 11, but I'm not totally sure if it will still work with PCM 14, but you should be safe: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....d_id=21148
Note that you won't need to edit the local.cdb as you've already done it before!!!

nvm i won't add countries or scoutingregions.
because i wan't to give people an db which won't overwrite any gamefiles.
although i'm going to add some stages later. |

But it wouldn't create conflicts whichever other local.cdb file you would go to overwrite, as it's adding infos, not deleting them

ok we are busy again with the stats. now busy with the last continental teams.
then going to the development teams and you will have a full databse,
yet without all the stages coming.

Kits v2 is coming with the new Database,
it's almost ready,
but there is also a new feature.
All sponsors and teams will have Demands about certain rider countries.
like Adidas wants to have 20% German riders 5% Argentina and 5% France
(made that up because of Adidas is German, they have Messi and they have Ibra)
All old Regions will be removed
so all sponsor will have new or better demands on that part of the career |

The full Database is almost done guys,
but before we can release that one,
we need to do all important sponsor regions.
we just started with that and we still have about 10 teams with about 100 riders to stats. but before the full release i'm giving the Latest and last Beta version with all new kits. Kits v2.
- There is only 1 missing kit, that is currently made by Scattersot Will
it's for the team Top Gear and will be released in an easy zip/rar
Here is it guys the new Database, which is almost done
and the new kits which are complete except 1 kit.

I uploaded 2 times Logo Fixes, 4 Logo's are Resized and 3 are added to the game.
everything should be fine now on the graphics elements.
Full Version V1 without stages will be uploaded soon.
it will include all kits, the db, minikits and logo's
V2 will then be in progress for all the stages implemented.
