Can't remember exact stats and such(on mobile now) but will get back to that later for the guys who want to know.
@Jseadog I believe you're an excellent sprinter.
@Lachi Funny, you're already a strong Voigt-type rider so that's great. 
Ages are sort of randomized according to a formula related to the cyclist ID(= post count). You'll find that guys with a lot of posts will have 28-32 age and newer guys will have 20-23 age(just doing that from the top of my head, can't provide exact numbers atm)
