Calender and Money system
Tab 1: Points system

Explanation: you can earn money by reaching good results.
You must see this points as money (that's why it's so high). Everyone of the team has the same importance (so they all get the same amount of money)
For example: Team Sky(read Froome) wins the tour de france + 5 stages
then they get 450000€
then
Froome: 450000 * 10%
Wiggo: 450000 * 10%
Puccio: 450000 * 10%
Nieve: 450000 * 10%
....
But in the tour there are only 9 riders so 10% goes to the team + all the other money (read the guys which aren't managed by a member).
When a rider gets 50000€ on his bank account he may choose one stat point to upgrade

So we don't have to do anything in specific now?
Is the points thingy actually fair? Because good teams will earn more money and will get better, while weaker teams won't earn a lot money and will therefore not really get better.
