That was a good race by Ricco, funny that this was the season Festina had no expectations :-p

Dissapointed about my results, it is good to have 2 guys in the top 20, but I had hoped for Pippo to be better than 12th, I got my hopes up when I saw he had the wheel of Ponzi...

I did not see this one coming at all! Awesome, and yes. This clearly makes up for the shitty run at the PN, TA and Volta. This win reminds me so much of the Ulissi win a couple of years back.

Fun fact: I have had MSR as win goal 3 times in the past 5 seasons. I have won the race twice, but never completed my goal.

Great reporting of boring race, thanks tsmoha.

Unfortunately, AI again showed itself with all its stupidity. I can´t get why AI is not able to handle with two leaders. I don´t moan that Boonen had no legs for better then 8th, race just suited puncheurs better. But I´m really frustrated that AI completely ignored Ginanni, who could easily fight for top10, possibly much higher, as well.

Congratz to Festina for awesome win.
