Now that the Stage DB is back up an working the above Variant Pack is well under way (sort of). Because i am tired of playing the same non-wt routes repeatedly i am focusing on speed rather than quality or detail.
Simply put, the v1.0 of the pack will be just Road-Route-Sprint. No graphics at all, just a working route. As such it means i should get the full thing out pretty quickly (1-2 weeks).
From there i can look to do new versions with more graphics in the future, or someone else could take the base routes and add in graphics themselves. This isn't about making great stages but just about giving some variation.

Sounds interesting, but if you did, make sure to also upload the stage files so everyone who wants can add graphics!

Isn't it easier to just use .cdx files and similar-looking stages?
