Yes, the one that comes with the game.
Does it crash immediately when you open it, or what?

CTCyclistEditorApp
It's located in your main PCM folder (C:/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2012)

Open up the folder, with all the folders consisting shirts and accessories for all the teams. Create a new folder called festina(for example). Then convert your shirt to a .tga file, 32-bit and name it festina_maillot. Now open up the viewer, and click "File" and the "New".
In the Cyclist Mesh, choose the 2nd one called Cyc......kfm
In all the other boxes it doesn't matter what you choose, just choose something.
Then beneith the dropdown-boxes you now how to fill in the Textures needed. In "Team" write festina, which is what the folder you created was called. Then just hit OK, and you should be able to see how the jersey will look ingame.

I know that they're, but i'm just bored of changing it again and again, checked and it looks good!
Working on Calve's jersey and that shorts, having huge problem with pretty bad logo, but,i have whole night for it. Might do a pack with that jersey.

Tbh I can't agree that it looks good. Not only does it barely appear where it should, but also the logo is upside down (see attached image)
For reference it should look like this.
The distortion on shorts/logo on the back looks good, but you should also apply a distortion on the logos on the sides. As you can also see in the attached pic, the logo sort of "falls" in the last 3~4 letters; you can use rise effect to correct this.
edit: .jpg not allowed for attachment, weird Well here's the image:

Will solve that tommorow.
Will make big pack (about 15-20 NCs + all equipment, and if i get it right, maybe even my first bike and helmet). This is what i made for about 40 minutes, correcting Calve (now it's more for database, only Calve logo there, CT should be happy).
