Definitely option 2.
I didn't complain, I was just surprised.
It's still very much fun, and I think since that I've got more potential anyway, since I chose that low age.
Can't wait until the races starts

Incredibly happy with Ricardo's stats, exactly what I wanted
Also a nice description of him
68 MO and SPR! No wonder they've been calling him the next Jalabert
And I love "Geraint" Sutton too |

Wow, Ricardo is a beast
He can get quite a few Top5's I guess, maybe even some wins..
@Brewer What 'evolution of attributes' setting do you play? (0,0-1,0) A high one I guess?

Very good and option 2 is fine by me also, as you say it will add an element of random into it. Good luck and I look forward to the start of racing!

Evolution of attributes is 0.5. Right down the middle! I forgot to put the game info in the first post but I'll do it now. |

The Riders
Maxime Oget - Puncher - 18
Maxime is the only North American in the team, which, considering how many races we'll be doing over there, puts a lot of pressure on his young shoulders. Another aggressive rider, Maxime is happiest over the cobbles and hills of Northern Europe. However, he also has a decent time trial and loves nothing more than going for a long, potentially pointless, breakaway attempt.

Great! Im glad you chose my rider, hope he shows in a good shape in Tour des Pyrénées and Rhone-Alpes and some other good races in the caldenar, by the way, you'll have to race in a lot of National Championships... that would be exhausting...
I guess he'll race some american races as far as he knows the enviroment and he often practices in Colombia in high altittude with his "older team brothers" Henao y Uran.....
wish you the best luck!!

Race Preview
Tour of South Africa
The team's first ever race will take place a long way from home, down in South Africa. This seven stage race contains two hilly stages and five flat stages. Stage six up to Old Helshoogte Pass looks to be the main deciding point but stages 1, 2 and 4 could also create gaps if raced hard enough. The race finishes with a nice flat criterium around Paarl.
Our debut team is based around the team's only South African, van Niekerk, who will attempt to give the home fans something to cheer. However, van Niekerk does prefer the bigger climbs, so the likes of Mitch Thompson and Alex Fischer may chance their arms on the hills. Our sprinter will be Hammarling and he should have plenty of help from Huigsloot, Hoogenboom, Bakker and Fischer. As with most races this season, our team leader may vary from day to day depending on their daily form, as their abilities are so closely matched.
Let's go racing...
