Amateur Posts: 6 Joined: 28-01-2008 PCM$: 200.00	For anyone else who doesnt want to be fired, just open DYN_manager and set the value in "sponsor_f_confidence" to 100. That will make sponsor confidence excellent and you shouldn't be fired at that point.
