It'd be nice to have it be cross-game, but I need to know it runs the same way. Since I don't have 10/11, I need an extensions formatting list for the older ones. Then, I can change the formatting through third party editing software.

I have 10, where would I find that formatting list?

Just tell me the file extensions(.XXX), and I can just format them from there. They'll be in C:... -->Cyanide-->blahblahblah.

Stages, the db package, modeling/graphics, jerseys and logos. I'm assuming that they are the same, implying a quick conversion for extraneous info is in order.

No problem Luigi. Using this knowledge, you should be able to just download the files on their own. As I was looking at the file encoding method, the graphics are the same; PCM10 runs the same engine. For the most part. Tell me if something doesn't work, and I'll look into it. Everything should be ok, but you never know.

I thing I know from experience is that a PCM10 database is in a completly different format than a PCM12 database

Even though the database is .cdb for both, they are definitely not compatible as Luigi said above, each game's .cdb is different from one to another.
As for stages, they also are .cds and .zces for PCM10, 11 and 12, but they are not the same and not always compatible
(PCM10 stages work on 11 but there might be some gameplay issues, PCM10 and PCM11 "work" on 12, but only in single player, in career they crash - and none work "backwards" ).

True. And I think you need to learn to spell my name. Especially when it sits 3 millimeters above the text box. Anyhow, thanks to both luigis!(Luigis? Luigi's? Luigii?) Unfortunately, I have actually noticed the difference between the two. The PCM12 format has data lines that the old versions do not. However, all the other files still work(except for certain stage elements), so you caan, if you want, get the graphics.
