Perhaps some of the Youth Championships could show us who to pick?
How old are the ones you've written down IRL, Karl?
Is there no U-championships below U23? |

How old are the riders you mentioned in real life?
Older than the years you've written I suppose? |

Yeah, I'd say stick to "real people" as well... would make it more realistic
I know one guy from a city close to where I live, and he's in the selection of the dutch U23 team for the european champs. gotta look about his age though first. I'll post him soon |

To top of the realism we could actually use perfectly accurate personal info.
Then we would include the real youth prospects of the sport.
Of course we'll have a close look at their stats, but we could keep the other characteristics realistic.
I went to school with this fellow:
Thomas Vedel Kvist, 18/8 1987, Beveren 2000
He won some youth tour equal to the TdF when we were 18-year-olds, I think.
Now he's been forced to ride some cobble classics 'caus of his team. |

So I'm also allowed to post a neo here who is imaginary but who has a normal name? (this way we might get some neo's from countries that havent been named yet )
Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

Would it be possible to let three or four forum members come up with real riders for the PT neo-draft? I'd love it to be completely "realistic" and use real hot prospects. Karl should certainly be one of the ones to make up the list, but it really shouldn't be too hard. I reckon Addy knows quite a few as well.
I think it'd be awesome to make up a pack of the fastest talents out there, as these riders should eventually be the best - or at the whereabouts - of the best in the Game. We already have a few names in this thread. |

It's hard to know what riders in this thread are real and what are "fake" and we should make sure to include other nationalities than Brits and Americans.
Do you have more real riders in your back pocket Karl? |
