That was ok, Tenorio is clearly strongest, but is fought well on what could be a tricky stage

A bit annoying that Dowsett didnt attack along with Schreurs, he got 4th without really fully trying

Interesting from Madrazo to close the gap on a hilly stage... With a portion of good days and some good luck then it could be very close. He will need to be in front with some distance before the TT though...

Well one podium, which is a bit of a disappointing return for Manarelli tbh. He did I guess manage three top tens on the flat stages. Not sure whether I have done enough to get him up to his maximum XP this year.
Matthews should be eligible next year, so maybe that will be his year after intensive development this year.
The mountains approach and it is hard to see Tenerio - a decent GT rider already being toppled here. Though it does still feel to me like a breakaway could be given the leeway to do something!

And a not so surprisingly shitty results in the mountains, plus a slightly disappointing no-show in the final sprint stage. |

Madrazo still looking good for second place here. If he can take that behind his coming teammate then I'll be pleased. Next year the captaincyrole is to be changed anyway :-P

Wll, anything less than 2nd for either Madrazo or Tenorio would be quite a big failure

Well done by Schreurs. Obviously, the 3rd place is the best possible outcome considering the competition. He probably won't be able to hold onto it, but it's been fun so far |

Very interesting turn. This will all be up to the final mountainstage. Madrazo should've had another 30 seconds to make it square even before that stage though, so Tenorio will be leading with 30-60 seconds going into the final stage I believe. Schädlich will win hopefully with Bernaudeau 2nd in the TT... That is my hope

Tenorio and Madrazo having their own little battle then - Tenerio could win that TT though Schadlich is a very good TTer indeed he may have his energy sapped I guess.
Will be interested to see how Vicelich does for Red Bull a top 15 would be a reasonable result anything higher would be a bonus. Still unlikely he will be offered a contract by us (or anyone for that matter!), Williamson on the other hand has battled well and is on the to be considered list. Drapac, I am afraid our opinion is that he should concentrate on track cycling!

It's important that Madrazo is in yellow in the TT. If Tenorio had it I reckon he would be even better, so it might close the gap a bit.

Nice ride by Vicelich, Tenorio takes the TT win but still a close battle for the final honours. This is actually turning out to be a very exciting race indeed for the minor places behind it really is unpredictable!
Last stage, pretty desperate to see one of the riders go for it Shalrulnizam seems to be the breakaway man, but really could do with Roe or Semple to go for it!
Tip: Madrazo to cause a surprise and nip ahead of Tenorio who rides too defensively on stage 10!
