Roche followed attacks, Porte made one.
Both are reasonably young, no reason why they won't win a race like this soon.

It is true, I mean Gesink managed to get back in the Tour again and again only because the guys in front stopped working. But once they actually started working, he was outta there.

That in fact is not true, since Gesink always returns on his own pace, they can't keep up the pace of acceleration

Because as shown on cyclismag, the wattages at acceleration are near 480W, that's an unsustanaible effort.
Gesink just can't accelerate at all, but when they go into a steady pace, they don't go faster, but slower than Gesink, except contador and Schleck Smile

So once again, you are wrong

It's no shame that Contador and Schleck are better. They were the nr 1 and 2 last year as well.

I never would expect that either.
