The fact is nobody know when they going too fix the stages too be more varient every year in carrer mode. Maybe they will do nothing about it at all |

it´s annoying me to ride every year the same routes -.-
anything new from cyandie ? hope the update will come soon, because two weeks ago they said the update will be released in about two weeks...... |

Right, if they don't do it, they'll have to remove the career feature also. There is no point in playing career mode which is like playing season mode. |

On the point of Variants has anyone been able to change the manually change the stages of any CTT stage race or GT after 2010. I was able to change them at the end of season one (2010) with the cyanide editor but from the start of season 2 any change will make it impossible to load the game (even a change of 1km in a random stage's lenght), I can change all smaller tours and one day races but anything that had variants in 2009 now can't be touched. It almost seems like not only did they not keep variants in, they somehow kept some fragment of the programming in when they removed it making it impossible to even do it manually, honestly I have no issue spending 10 minutes manually adding some variants, I spent more time then that setting up fitness schedules and cyclists to all races, but if I can't even do it manually that really takes away a lot from the career mode. |

I wouldn't get my hopes up. I expect at least 2-3 months before career is playable.
They said they will soon release a stage pack. But it's real stage for this season. And if they choose to enable variants feature - people still have to make the stages for the next 4+ seasons before you can actually play with variants. Many months from now or maybe not ever a game with a complete variant feature like the former games. |

According to the changelog, patch 1.0.3.0 has enabled variants, although there are no variants included, so they will all have to be made by the community. |

so the variants is included again, if i start a carrier now will i be able to include new variants, made by the community or whoever till then, later on when i reach 2011??

If you restart your career and install the PCM Daily Expansion and the PCM Daily Pack for 1.0.3.0 there will be some variants for the GT`s and World Championships.
You can add more later probably, but at first you have to restart -.- |
