Voeckler already brought a lot of water to the front, so I thought it`s Fedrigo. I cannot imagine Vogondy in first group in the end. But we will see.

And @BenBarnes Perhaps location tracker is on the bike, and the rider is using a replacement bike. So it's actually tracking the car
