So I'll start up the new thread to collect all the members @ tomorrow 12:00 AM CET.
I'm thinking of something like that all the old members, that were with me all the way would get some kind of a boost, in order to make it easier for them to join the team. like a VIP list or something.
One thing though, that I don't know how to implement it fairly. Any ideas?

Good idea, something like that would work. So the final things:
- tomorrow @12:00 CET I'll start up the rider recruiting thread
- If you want to keep your riders from the roster I put below, please go ahead and tell me!
If you decide to keep it, you get back your role and stuff. Maybe we'll have to discuss stats, but that's all.

Old riders can be kept (with any name changes etc.), with any adjustments provided they don't improve the overall level of the rider?
And new riders fit into any of the gaps?

You might be right, but I have some personal connections with those riders. With the post above yours, I let you keep it, but it's your choice.
@TMM - I don't think everybody will keep their riders, so there will be new ones. About the first thing, I think that's ok.

@TMM - Maybe a little lower MO stat would be better. 81 max. I think, cause 83 would be the highest in the DB. 81 or 80 could work. I know that, the REC stat is pretty weak for Thomas, but still 83 is a bit OP in my eyes. |
