This is true, I set the team up for the long haul so you may be right, still not enjoying the early season form though, hopefully we can pick it up for the GT season

Lol just looked at it, game says it is a flat, certainly looks like a mountain or tough hill...That is an easy fix.
Looked in the DB and its even worse, not only is it listed as a flat, but also as a TT. Both of these are fixed, it will now be a hilly stage, with a heavy dose of mountain.

The only races Id like to see in 3D are MSR and maybe the worlds. Races like the Ardennes and San Sebastien will have realistic results, while MSR is always a stupid bunch sprint. But I guess RvV and PR could be fun.
My team is based on GTs, so I'd like to see some GT stages, as for example in RvV and PR, we are just nothing.
I'd also heavily look into doing a stage or two in each GT. Probably the queen stages of each GT, and Paris.

That would be great, thanks for the quick answer. |

Hold on, I've planned my whole season based on the race profiles as they currently exist in the database. I think it's unfair if you start adjusting them now too wildly.

Nothing is too wildly, sprinters still controlled MSR (with Cunego being the exception) and the other was just blatently messed up (go look at the profile of Stage 1 of that race, it's clearly not flat and at something like 173km its not a TT).
I'm not going through and rewriting everything, not making any major changes, just minor tweaks to improve the game for everyone. Remember this first season is essentially a test season and there won't be relegation, though it should still be incredibly competitive. This is the time to work out all the little kinks and bugs in the game.

Yep, I realise you aren't turning the game on its head. All I was saying was that I - and perhaps other managers - have based their seasons on the races being as they are in the current database. So for the Settimana Ciclista Lombarda by Bergamasca, for example, I have selected riders that I think will do well on the flat terrain that the four stages currently have. So if they are they changed to hills or mountain stages, that kind of spoils my plans (although as it happens Tiralongo will be in that team, but you see what I mean!)

PS Just wanted to say, I really appreciate all the effort you're putting into the game. I know this first year is all about testing and I'm sure the second season will be even better as a result. Keep up the good work!

Yes I do understand, that's part of why I wanted to know now of other issues in the game. That race is still several months away, so this change gives people plenty of time to adjust.

Just to make sure everyone understands, the first stage of Settimana Ciclista Lombardi by Bergamasca (or however that is spelled) is actually a hill stage with a big uphill finish (could almost be considered a mountain top finish).

Expected Skittles and Pipo tho
Ohh and I'll try to get my April lists done today, can't promise anything, not really in top health atm...
Edit 2: Just found out that for half of my races I just use copy-paste so I sent my startlists
Edit 3: Poor Gustov

Oh bloody hell... My team is crap.
Your 5 best riders (Wiggens, Nuyens, Leipheimer, Ventoso, and Gadret) have a combined 31 days raced...thats an average of about 6 race days per rider...
Sagan alone has 39 days raced, your riders just aren't in good race form yet, and I'd bet they become much more dangerous later in the season as the other teams riders start to have more wear and yours are fresher.
More wear huh? I'm saving some of my best riders aswell (Tadej, Aidis as much as possible, Kittel, Kolobnev, Metlushenko sort of and Sella sort of)

Hey Just realized; Breschel has 28 racedays and 27 top ten placings, in here are 8 podiums and 9 wins. That's incredible
Hope he can keep that up for the rest of the season.

I very much doubt he will keep it going all season, but in this world anything can happen |

BTW working on several new things, mainly trying to build a season planner (which will also help me with startlists). I currently really like the reporting style, and I think we are really close on kits for doing a 3d race.

A planner would be better for sure, now I'm just putting some guys in a team and see what happens...

Guess Sagan's days are over now. This will be his last pre-season race.
Edit: Never mind, I forgot Mergelland.
