Btw, when posting the videos of some "exclusive" coverage of the race, don't put the Youtube embeder as it doesn't work, only put the Youtube link
Thats why I put both, on some systems it works well, but not on all.
The schedule (and thus the RDs of top riders) is something where the reporters have to evaluate and decide how much they can and are prepared to carry and i have no right to really influence any decision of that but from the pov of game mechanics and season planning having 42+ RDs for the top guys is better (imo).
I'm planning to post in a short amount of time - when the suggestions for 2018 season thread is opened - my idea on how we could increase again the number of RD trying to fit it in the best possible way into reporter's "schedule", based on this season pace of reporting. But in few words, increase the number of total RD, but also increasing the number of RD that each team can ride during the season.
Anyway, i don't think we should increase too much the total number of RD's, as despite the awesome pace of this season, the season is being basically handled by only 6 reporters, with a little help from a couple more, so i wouldn't push too much the increase on RD unless we get at least a couple more of reporters who can report consistenly.
But i agree with the idea of having a more varied climbing calendar for PT
Fairly good Vuelta for us - taken on a new editorial role for a newspaper recently so been too busy to comment every day. Monsalve did about as expected, though disappointing to finish behind Abal, while Bellis did well when he bothered to sprint.
Have to congratulate SN on a superb win for Schleck, and also wacko on Dombrowski's impressive performance. And a huge thanks to Tamijo for some consistently excellent reporting, was really enjoyable to read
What a race, brilliantly reported Tamijo. It was really a joy to follow your coverage, and luckly the fight for the podium was really engaging and exciting. Happy that Andy took the cake but Dombo sure gave him a run for his money. Looking forward to the Tour now, where I hope Strava can play an active role again, perhaps finally taking one of those elusive botd stage wins. Happy that Chhetri was so active, a bit of a shame that Eyob and Didier missed out tho. They could have been easily ridding along Chhetri, in the end he was rather spent from 3 weeks of constant breakaway action.

It could have been our best result ever and I thought it might just happen for a split second. Momentarily gutted but far more than I'd hope for at the beginning and I just loved Dombo's agression. 2nd overall and 3 stage wins is pretty damn sweet.
Congrats to SN and big thanks to Tamijo for the excellent reports.
