Good luck. Doesn't have your team a decent sprinter?

krisa - Well,maybe,let's check!
Stage 1
Short TT. We will try not to lose much here.
Well, forgot to take screenshots, but,i think there is nothing to show,so i will bring on results, immediately.
Our best guy was Maltar with 27 seconds behind Hamelink, the winner of first stage. Our leader, Rogina , finished 47 seconds behind.
Stage 2
Will probably finish in mass sprint,so,nothing so important
Before i start with stage report, especially for few followers,i wanted to show new national champ jersey. Here it is,on back of Klemen Stimulak.

After breakaway getting clear abut 15kms before finish line, everyone could prepare for, obvious, sprinting finish.
The best in that was Ceramica Flaminia team, setting the sprint for their main guy Fillippo Baggio.
Baggio won this stage with ease, but without any pluses in GC.

Stage 3
Maybe the only stage where we had a chance, check out if we used it.
Big , 10-riders breakaway set off. They got really big advantage, but since Adria didn't have anyone in-front,we chased to get them and they succeed.
Now , it was Rogina's turn, he attacked on last climb and got pretty big advantage, something about 2 minutes. He was keeping it until last 4 kilometers, where group absolutely got insane speed.
Sousa was the guy to start sprint in right time and win this. Again , nothing for our team.

Stage 4
As profile says,it will definitely finish in mass sprint.
Breakaway didn't have any chances,so they got caught quickly. It was weird sprint really. Stimulak attacked early and was in lead until 500m banner.
Real sprinters started fight, where Maltar was in top all the time, but, Baggio , once again , won on experience.
Maltar finished 5th,aswell.

Quite race for guys. Nothing expected, nothing achieved.
You can really see that this story gone so far, that guys who are only following biggest stories, slightly starting to comment this one,i really apperciate that, and want to thank to everyone. It really, really motivates me to continue, especially after first season finishes. |

Maybe it's better to expect something next time. Then you'll maybe achieve something next time.

Ian Butler - No mountain stages, Maltar in bad form, TT ,no cahnce for breakaway win, bunch of better sprinters. Need more ? |

Not a great result, wasn't that much amazing opposition, but the good thing of having no expectations is that you can't get disappointed

Jesleyh - Tbh, Bruno could easily stay "on line" with them. But,abour 4-5 guys with 74SP , 10 of them with 72...+ he isn't in form. But as you said, we couldn't get disappointed there. If got some good result,it would be only + for our team |

To be honest,i don't have much motivation right now , for all of these small races. I really want stronger team, and we are somewhere near the end of the season, start of 8th month.
I am thinking about idea to write reports of only 2-3 races and World Championship and all the news about new team, since i can't another way. There are something like 10-13 racing days left.
I would like for you to help me,what to choose. |
