Well, he's still recovering, I guess.
Maybe not recovering, but he still has to get in a good form, he hasn't raced for quite some time.
He'll be all right for Olympics, hopefully.

He lost 2:37. Given the length of the TT, the only way he did a time that good was that he went all out.
