Looks like someone forgot to add names for some of the smaller countries... Some of those flags are also just pink squares. Not that it worries me too much, but will be interesting if those guys get signed into a team haha. Rest of the DB is working fine, so doubt an installation issue.
Edit: Some more, these ones also have a country and flag associated with them. There are others as well, mostly young riders. Not too much of a big deal, just found it pretty funny.
When you can't decide between two options, flip a coin. Not because the result of the coin will choose for you, but because, in that split second before the coin lands, you'll know what side you want it to fall on.

Actually in PCM 14 you can't assign an equipment sponsor for a sponsor, you can for a team though, so it's impossible to fix as you describe it, unless you manually change the equipment sponsors
Besides that... looks like that you haven't installed the db totally correctly because the admirschleck's flags are missing, there are still the default ones.

Man, That is a bug, there are several teams that is running a season without wheels or without frames, here is the evidence.

Then the game always crash when I start a race because the team (sponsor) don't have assigned an equipment (I assigned manually wheels and a helmet to my team with LachisEditor). Apparently the automatic system does not assign an complete equipment (wheels, frames, helmets, etc) to the new team from first day of the season (That happens only with some new sponsors, not all, but less popular.). THIS IS A BUG!
However, my game continues crashing, I don't why. I really think that this expansion pack has too many problems, I'm not the only one, but it should be a symptom that many people have a game always crashing without reason.
I did play several sessions with the original game without addons, and I just had crash once or twice, but it was tolerable, now after installed the expansion pack V2, It's really annoying for me too many crash. Sorry with you, but I'm honest....

The same thing is happening to me, i can do the first season with no problem, but the second one i can't, when i load a stage, it starts, but then the game crashes...

First, I want to ask you to take it down a notch. I get that you're annoyed if you get some bugs, but the amount of criticism you direct to the Expansion Pack and thus to us, as the developers, is just too much. We are working very hard to create these databases and, due to the resignation of many experienced members of the database team, we added some less experienced members to the team. I hope you understand that it might take a few more updates before we reach the same quality you have been used to for the past few years.
About your bug, I haven't experienced it myself. We also haven't received any other reports about this type of bug. Just check the following steps in order to try and solve the problem.
1. Have you installed the latest version (V2.0)?
2. Have you tried reinstalling the game and the EP (V1.0 and V2.0)? Make sure you also manually delete all remaining folders in C:/Program Files (x86)/Cyanide (or your SteamApps folder).
In the meantime, I will investigate the problem some further and hopefully we can solve this bug (if not solved by the steps above) soon.
The bug rfsm89 describes could be just about anything, so we'll need some more information on the crash (at what point during the loading does it crash?).

That could be because of the variants. And what do you mean by "any stage"? If you can't play a stage it means that you can't go ahead with the season.
For example, i was in that part of the season where you have Paris Nice and Tirreno, so the first time it happened it was in the first stage of PN so, i simulated it. Then i tried again in the second stage and the same happened so i thought, maybe it the PN variant that has an error but the thing is, when i tried to play TA the same happened...
