That's a bit harsh to both Ewan and Conchita. I think what Ewan means is that Conchita's a trailblazer for gay rights and peace generally. For example, she recently spoke at the UN office in Vienna.

EDIT: I've also just realised our points person is a celebrity chef who was strangled by her husband in public then was revealed to have taken cocaine. Nothing else says the UK more.

Indeed, it is Eurovision time again! Tonight is the first semi-final and the rehearsals seemed to have revealed a lot about the staging and vocals of the acts. The betting odds for today's show are as followed:

Music wise, definately Russia. Nothing comes even close to her quality.
All things considered Estonia, Romania and Armenia are my favourite songs... But I just hope Russia will make it and Finland won't. Stop all political bullshit... Please.

A stab at Russia with this song I think. Well in Hungary. Ever since Russian aggression more songs like this have popped up for Eurovision.
