Looks kind of like Rollin, but I thought he rode for Roubaix, not VC Marseille, when in France.
I'm going to guess Florent Brard. I have no clue what he looks like, but he is a Frenchie who used to ride for CDE.

I think it's fairly easy to work out when you WIN a guess you post a new rider (well, I say it's easy, yet you struggle with that concept).
Thats exactly my point. Not everyone is on every minute of the day, so why don't you give him more than 2 hours to have a chance to come back and see he's won.
