So, onto the road races. Dygert crushes the Double in incredible style! White does the double of seconds. Team USA does the Double 1-2 in the WJ events... wow!!! Polands first medal courtesy of Skalniak. Note Grace Garner in the Top10 along with Kastelijn who will join Rabo in 2016.

Martinelli is in the break refusing to relay all day. Just following wheels.
With 3 laps to go he attacks his companions as they start Libby hill and immediately he breaks his derailleur.

Not South America, Africa or Cataluyna, with the broadcast in total chaos. I would have banked on the US boys could have better techno in this and now what problems they could have in skyscrapers.

One could doubt if a sprinter like Greipel can handle the last climb without cobbles. |

Camerawork was horrible as well, let's hope they improve over the weekend.

That Belgian crashing on the cobbles really played a huge role. Blocked various well-placed riders to wreck their race (Doull included) and made it easy for gaps to open up for those able to avoid it.
