You can do that yourself with Cyanide's tool that you find in the pcm 14 dl section

Rename it to gia_minimaillot.png and convert it to tga/dds with paint.net, or with this online converter: https://image.onli...nvert.com/
Then place the shirt in gui/team_shirt and overwrite

You should re-do that minimaillot because jarneke converted took a screen of that minishirt, it shouldn't take much though
