Just came to look at a thing, since I'm home ill and wanted to check me vs others, that it was quite annoying that SN was in the last post of EVERY transfer... Couldn't it just have been locked? People know what it means when it's locked... And then if something was needed to say it could be said, but this makes it quite hard to get an overview over who has who, and it might turn into a problem on sight. 19 pages of transfers whereas 16 of them are SN in the last post. A mixture of the bidders would've made it easy for each one to look at their own last post and see. If they made a statement but not a bid, they could claim it inhere, so no mistakes occured. I know allready that some mistakes happened last season, alone in my team 2 riders where signed/not signed before I came, and I think that more of this will happen this way... Or what? |

personally SotD i have no idea wat you are on about... i think it works fine.
if you want to compare transfers look at the list of transfers...

If its an offer to buy a rider from a team, then i think its okay to pull out of that, but if its a free agent, you cant withdraw bids.

I felt like I got the leaders neccessary to fight for PT survival in Evans, Hoste, and Dave Z. It will still be tough though.

Well. I got all my goals fulfilled except for Ben Swift. But he can be covered by a mixture of luck and Anuar Manan.

I think my transfer have been a complete mess. I got one good sprinters Usov, who i hope can keep me in top 10 CT rankings, but other then that, im screwed! My young talents arent anywhere near good enough yet, nor will they be for years, and my older talents are too old. Then i go and loan out my best hilly rider for free. What was i thinking?! :cry:

Im very aware that SotD is just trying to help improve the experience, but im also aware that when you come in as a relatively new person to a website, or a new job, or whatever it is in life, you have to tread carefully to make sure you don't offend other people. It's not their job to avoid offending people, it's their website, its our job to enjoy their website and be aware of anything we may say or do to offend others using the website.
For instance, i've started doing a few shirts here and there, and i knew if i started doing some requests that i might offend Smoothie, i think i did at one point, but i hope through my massive load of grovelling and appologies that he's not annoyed by me anymore. As much as i enjoy making shirts, i know that the management game is like smoothies area, and when i invaded it so to speak, i could have really annoyed people.
Thats all i was meaning by my statement, that we all have to be careful of what we write and being careful not to step over the line of helping and imposing on someone elses work.
Enough said from me.

Perfect. Came in with 1.6 million, and 2 goals: Pellizotti and Freire. Ive got them both plus also Iglinski, Kittel, Kvasina, Sijmens, Newton, Chtioui and Veikkanen - and I ended with over 3 million.
