This reminds me so much of 2004, Voeckler could go from zig-zag to Pantani in mere seconds several times on the same climb.

Also Evans and Basso with still good chances. The gap freezes at 1:30, so they might have a good chance to come back with some helpers on the descent and flat part. Then they can start Alpe d`Huez with more energy. |

I am a bit worried about Voeckler. He will drag himself into an early grave if he keeps this up. |

The peloton is still quite big given how the stage has been ridden. |

They're now passing the spot where the pirate attacked to put 9 minutes on Ullrich

BMC is doing good now, 2 minutes at the top isn't bad at all. I think Evans could take back 1 minute, only on Alpe d'Huez, on Schleck/Contador.
And as it stands now, Basso and Evans' helpers has every chance of being very close to Schleck/Contador at the foot of Alpe d'Huez. |

Evans was with them but had a mechanical. Voeckler and Frank were also there but blew up.
