This is why I dislike Schleck. I liked him when he was at SaxoBank, but since he left, he looks like an freaking idiot. Maybe he's missing Riis "special", if you know what I mean.
Normally, people don't get more stupid over time, so I guess Riis did all the thinking for him back then.
But I guess he has another problem. His main goal was to win the TdF, but since he won it, he can think of anything else, so he is just waiting for retirement. |

Nah, I'm sure he wants to win in the road, it's a totally different experience. Plus I'm quite sure he doesn't consider that win as 100% his. His problem is that he seems to always learn the wrong lesson from absolutely everything. And that he's a moron, which is surely related to that.

Too much partying in the Winter?
Not really. They took him out as precaution I think. It was very wet. Ben Swift took a big fall on the descent and had to be taken to hospital for example...
It's wise a decision. And anyway Wiggins has been training massively lately, on last 3 stages, after finishing the Mallorca stage he did a solo ride back to the start of that stage and then again to the finish i.e. did the same ride twice. He's looking good with his build up.

Gesink was in the attack all day, dropped everyone and then was caught with 3km to go. Good training for PN |

Good to hear he won't get into the trap of celebrating a great season. Hope he gets ready for the Giro then but Froome has to be leader in the Tour, I insist |

Form? He should beat these opponents when woken up at midnight and riding tricycle.
Same with Greipel, who other should have won when Pellucchi and Daniel came 2nd and 3rd?
Lol on Schleck.

And Cavendish wins again in Qatar. This time it was quite closer, beating Hutarovich by half a wheel. Too bad about the lack of wind though, it's making the race quite dull.

Nice to see Boom grabbing the TT win. Well, I don't see too many strong guys who could be faster than Boom, but still...
A shame that Markus couldn't get another great result in Qatar

I'm pretty sure thats why the Schelcks left. Riis wanted them to do silly things like "attack" and "train".

His best result since his second place at the Swedish National TT Championships in 2011, which doesn't really count since the fouth best rider there didn't even ride on a continental level. |

Nice victory by Boom, difference is pretty significant with the others.
Guess they can throw the "boom can only win prologues and can't ITT'-theory out of the window now |

Nice result by Boom indeed. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this the same route as used in TdF on 14 july(Greipel won), only the other way?

It's the same climb, but I think this TT finished atop it, whereas the Tour stage continued for ~ 20km more.

Yes, but wasn't the finish in Cap'd Adge that time? So they turn the route around, going from the finish in TdF to that steep climb, instead of the opposite?

Niki Terpstra seems really strong, he was in the break today and cav's last leadout man.
