The sunglasses are within the face, so you can`t deactivate them.
Most faces are without sunglasses as the shown above.
Therefore KenL made his helmets with sunglasses.
For faces without any sunglasses you can`t use the faces with glasses on his and also no helmet with included glasses.
Boogie Boogie makes his helmet without glasses normally. |

as I can do to get new faces and make them look?
I put my face Kreuziger in and not seen.
I can only put face in story mode?

If you want to have it in stage or race mode you have to edit DYN_Cyclist of the DB you use.
If you want it to work in your career, then edit your savegame. |
