I wanted to say all "big" transfers, but somehow forgot to put that word in-there.

Arsene, whyy u buy a striker when u need a centre back???
Wellbeck is decent and we need someone for Giroud for now, but we start the season with 6!!! defenders and two of these are injured!!!

The Falcao deal leaves three big questions.
1. What the hell is Monaco doing?
2. What the hell is United doing?
3. What the hell is Falcao doing?
At least they didn’t pay 10 millions for Abel Hernandez.

Indeed. As a fan of a team that has gotten “the Mendes experience” this summer, and even more in the future, I can relate.
It is still another proof of how English teams keep doing bizarre transfers to keep themselves from using their financial advantages to dominate in European competition.
You could only wonder how good United would be if common sense and value for money was chosen over big names and pr-moves.

Easy. Not only Jorge Mendes, but-
1. New manager in, who wanted Falcao out.
2. Man U desperate for big names, not to mention the fact he was offered to them, City and Arsenal.
3. Well, didn't have much choice, and knew he would be twiddling his thumbs at Monaco.

He's not on 350 though, they just added English taxes to what he made in Monaco and got that number, he's on about 200 |
