We started this round with 32 contestants, now there's just 16 left. Let's take another look back at some Round 2 action.
The most notable thing (and also the only remarkable thing I've noticed) was the elimination of many favourites (at least, according to the nomination round). 9 top-ten artists reached Round 2 (Armin van Buuren was already eliminated), only two survived: Linkin Park (9-3 victory against Foo Fighters) and Pink Floyd (7-5 against The Beatles). The Beatles were joined by fellow top-charting musicians Eminem (9-4 defeat against The Killers), Imagine Dragons (7-4 against Queen), Coldplay (7-4 against U2), Green Day (9-3 against the Red Hot Chili Peppers), Muse (7-6 against OneRepublic) and AC/DC (7-5 against Led Zeppelin). The elimination of Coldplay, Green Day, Eminem and AC/DC also means that the top-four of the nomination round is already out of competition.

The draw was really cruel last round with putting big names against each other early in the contest, like Floyd and the Beatles. hope it is better this time.
