Voekler vs Gilbert will be fun in the tour
Gilbert will blast them all in the opening stages.
spring is already history..
You mean Voeckler has a chance against Gilbert in a 1km sharp uphill finish ? He'll beat him with his eyes closed no mather the form. Voeckler has his chances in the 3rd week or after a breakaway. |

Agreed, maybe in the Massif Central or the stage to Gap.

Only 5%, very similar to this climb, and while they are fairly short, all the finishing climbs are over 1km long.
Voekler will definitely threaten Gilbert, even if Gilbert probably will end up winning a couple in the first week

Evans had to hide himself and take it easy on a climb he knows that no one of the favourites will attack and threatens the GC, but after all we will have to see him at the week-end |

Gesink looked like to be taking a holiday today. Didn't even try for 1 seconds and soft-pedalled the way up.
I really expect him to test himself tomorrow otherwise I don't see the point of him starting this Dauphine
He got to see the TT for the tour at least so that already counts for something. Still I'm hoping for it too. |

yes..that was weird.
Why not also ride a stage..specialy TT. Poisition..bike..other equipment in race situation. For example like Martin and Taaramäe.
p.s. Taaramäe told that he's TT bike and uniform sucks compared to Martin

Gesink did ride the TT seriously. But he said he finished with too much reserves. The first part of the TT wasn't super. In the final part he only lost 15 seconds to Martin. |

Nice finish there enjoyed it.
BTW. How ironic my PCM2010 carrer is..
I won stage 3 of the Giro d'Italia with Alex Rasmussen who was wearing 108 number. |
