That picture in your signature looks a bit too big. We might have to suspend your account while investigating, possibly removing your team as well as Chacon from the management game until we are sure what to do... We might have to call UN to voice their opinion, it could all take a season or two to figure out

Decisions over Phinney, and the whole Abal/Parra/Moncoutie thing will be left off to Crommy. Whatever I say, therell be people who say thats right, and people trying to tear apart every word I say. I can only hope you wont do that for Crommy.

Sporting, I'd like to take thie occasion to praise you for doing this work.
I may not always agree with how you handle things, but be sure to know I only voice my opinion because I care about this game a whole lot, and all the hard work you an Crommy put into it.
I think its especially your tremenous effort that has lead this game into its third season now. I frankly didnt belive we would get that far when I joined.
So, please, don't take my (and others) criticism the wrong way!
Manager of Protour champions 2008, Carlsberg Cycling!! (wow is it that long ago I was in the management game?)

About the Abal deal:
I thinks the rule should be altered to:
"A rider can only be tranfered once in the Transfer Period. A rider can only change teams twice in one year if he:
a)was signed as a free agent and then tranfered/loanned to another team;
b)was transfered from team A to team B and then loanned from team B to team C;
I really think this rule would work...
As far as the Phinney issue goes, I think that once you withdraw the bid, you withdraw all your bids. Sort of like this:
Team A bids 30k, Team B bids 35k, Team C bids, 40k, Team B bids 45k, Team C bids 50k but then withdraws his bid thus making the bids history look something like this:
Team A bids 30k, Team B bids 35k, Team B bids 45k...
Team B's bids don't really seem like something a racional person would do right?

I dont think any action should be taken on the Abal trade personally, even though I dont agree with what was done.
Zutcorp had his method to dodge steals last year, and this is just Stemple and Justin's method for clauses - and it wouldnt have come about at all if Crommy hadnt been so inconsistent in allocating clauses.

I think there should be a rule next year, that if a rider leaves your team, he may not return during that transfer season. He may owever be transfered from Team B to Team C.

indeed, the reason we did cos both I and he felt that I was treated unfairly (because Abal had a clause) Would he have given it to e.g. Soler I wouldnt have a problem at all or if he would have given the biggest talent on each team a clause

Thanks
