@TMM: I am not in the position to do a swap deal I'm afraid, so I won't be proceeding with the deal for Legay

I just now woke up, they'll be done in roughly 9 hours, after school ends.

No, you've got a bit longer, I have to assemble a physics project. Last minute schedule changes, every. Damn. Time.

FINAL TEAMS
Here are the finalized rosters (After I did all the necessary touchups) for every team, plus an analysis for the season.
Triks Custom Season - Rabobank

Spoiler | Christian | Grossman | | Thomas | Hede | | Anton | Frandsen | | Oliver | Jensen | | Christian | Dalgaard | | Casper | Callesen | | Tobias C. | Sonnenschein | | Nicklas | Mathiasen | | Julius | Döring | | Niels | Visser | | Peter | Larsen | | Peter | Rasmussen | | Anders | Bengtsson | | Nicklas | Bjørn | | Maximilian | Schröder | | Victor | Bendtsen | | Leon | Böhmer | | Floris | van Boven | | Joost | Baas | | Ulrik | Gade | | Sven R. | Müller | | Sam | Hummel | | Hans | Dinesen | | Sven H. | Sommer | | Peter | Brahmst | | Paul | Nagel | | Thomas | Fiedler | | Johannes | de Graaf | | Mik | van Wijk | | Tijs | van de Ven |
Analysis: Overall, a fairly average squad. They have a lot of mid-range riders, so third-rate competitions and small NCs will be no issue. However, lacking a significant leader, Triks will struggle to find points outside of the World TT champion, and ultimately, this will be their downfall.
Prediction: 10-15

Spoiler | Aleandre | Claeys | | Ben | Camerman | | Sebastiaan | Vandepitte | | Lennert | Syx | | Stijn | Van Puymbrouck | | Dorian | De Cock | | Logan | Peelaers | | Raphael | Jacobs | | Jérémy | Phippaerts | | Noah | Van Sande | | Sebastien | Engels | | Antoine | Vanheule | | Alexander | Vanden Bosch | | Lucas | Decook | | Pieter | Van Gaever | | Nicolas | Vandooren | | Rik | Vandenhende | | Julian | Dhondt | | Quinten | Debeule | | Romain | Desmet |
Analysis: Making zero bids, it's obvious why the squad won't win anything. Most likely, a few breakaway appearances, and maybe, just maybe a lucky win from a break, will be the only points this tesm scores.
Prediction: 15-18
Spoiler | Mitt | Woodward | | Kevin | Speer | | Christian | Payne | | Daniel | Luján | | Phillip | Silverman | | Mateo | Ector | | Kyle | Burton | | Larry | Benjamin | | Majdi | Abdelkader | | Tim | Benavides | | Christian | Cáceres | | Callum | Taylor | | Al | Hays | | Quinten | Van Malderen | | Rodrigo | López Estévez | | Vincent | Abbott | | Vito | di Salvo | | Julián | Flor | | Joseph | Merritt | | Héctor | Arostegi | | Daniel | Arestegi | | Antonis | Felecos |
Analysis: Possibly the most well-rounded team in the AUCL, the Red Hot Tamales can look forward to a bright season. It is extremely possible for them to sweep races like the Tour of Dailystan, the Tour de France, and Paris - Nice, seeing Arostegi for the climbs, Arestegi and Felecos for the sprints, and good backup for Arostegi in Lopez Estevez and di Salvo. The only thing missing is a pure GC rider, and maybe a dominant cobbler.
Prediction: Top 3
Peugeot - Alstom Cycling for France

Spoiler | Jérémy | Cardot | | Loïc | Vacher | | Mickaël | Lafaye | | Benoit | Grondin | | Alexis | Chesnel | | Thibaut | Boutet | | Nathan | Bonnot | | Mathis | Minet | | Clément | Boué | | Donovan | Dos Santos | | Yanis | Mousset | | Yoan | Pradier | | Vincent | Michon | | Michel | Caillaud | | Victor | Darras | | Adam | Baud | | Léo | Pillon | | Alain | Bertin | | Yoann | Perez | | Jordan | Leroux | | Mael | Constantin | | Renaud | Huber | | Ludovic | Lang | | Arnaud | Poncet |
Analysis: Poncet will score well, but the question lies with the rest of the team. With decent riders all around, including Lang and Constantin, they have some opportunities for stage wins, but I think the classics and stage races without Poncet will be out of reach.
Prediction: 5-10

Spoiler | Christopher | Applewhite | | Reece | Jeffrey | | Michael | Jenkins | | Daniel | Humphreys | | William | Milne | | Steven | Anderson | | Connor | Doherty | | Ian | Hamilton | | Oliver | Taylor | | Sean | Shackleton | | Stephen | Russell | | Oscar | Randle | | Nicholas | Webb | | Joseph | Wilson | | Callum | Lewis | | Chris | Scrope | | Neil | White | | Jordan | Wilson | | Adam | Taylor | | Christopher | Nolan | | Sid | Anderson | | William | Burton |
Analysis: Hands down the worst team. Also not submitting any bids, they got slammed with plenty of U25s, none of which are skilled in the slightest.
Prediction: 15-18

Spoiler | David | Lyons | | Tom | Cronin | | Charles | Phillips | | Matt | Higgins | | Paul | Ruiz | | James | Duffy | | Ray | Diaz | | Nathan | Maddox | | Dustin | Mann | | Jeff | Meador | | Andrew | Coleman | | Phil | Best | | Iliya | Yankov | | William | Holcomb | | Seth | Weeks | | Veselin | Uzunov | | Tommie | Ballard | | Nick | Vanderbeken | | Valentin | Le Moal | | Brandon | Hatch | | Olivier | Vandervliet |
Analysis: Going over budget into oblivion was key for this team, allowing them to hold some good riders, but sadly, their penalties and losses totalled too high. This team is in for a grind. They've plenty of high-end sprinters, but they aren't looking at a solid squad for anything else.
Prediction: 12-16

Spoiler | Lovre | Brozovic | | Marijan | Kvasina | | Hrvoje | Jugovic | | Markus | Carlsen | | Jacob | Larsson | | Matej | Radic | | Ichito | Harada | | Anders | Hermansen | | Malthe | Steffensen | | Kresimir | Radosevic | | Henrik | Birk | | Andrei | Fedorchenko | | Gonzalo | Sarabia | | Bjørn | Eriksen | | Rod | Murray | | Jakob | Stokholm | | Ante | Pejic | | Robbe | Wagenaer | | Sebastian | Van Hulle | | Jackson | Burrows | | Rémi | Basset | | Tijmen | Vissers | | Fredrik | Haugen | | Jonathan | Egues | | Matt | Porte | | Mason | Coughlin | | Tetsuya | Ohira |
Analysis: For a manager who admitted he didn't know what he was doing, Ingra - Niras is probably the most balanced team in all of the AUCL. Bringing big names like Ohira and Coughlin should make the team a force to be reckoned with in the small stage races and the hilly classics.
Prediction: 3-8

Spoiler | Matthew | O'Connor | | Thomas | Murray | | Wilson | Okoth | | Lachlan | Gillespie | | Steve | Faber | | James | Adams | | Ryan | Watson | | Ryan | Williamson | | Thohir | Sartika | | Bintang | Alisjahbana | | Timothy | Barry | | Ian | Anderson | | Luke | Henderson | | George | Batty | | Joe | Malget | | Niels | Visser | | Ashley | Lindsay | | José | Carrizales | | Davide | Bove | | Raphael | Rault | | Victor | Lekens | | VÃtor | Santos | | Kamil | Zurawski | | Anders | Brandt Jessen |
Analysis: The little Hobbits have done well for themselves. We see a purely tour-focused squad being played, with GC-dark horse Brandt Jessen leading his team. And also, plenty of help to back him up.
Prediction: 6-12

Spoiler | Bill | Ouellet | | Eddie | Lévesque | | Jayden | Allard | | Jacob | Michaud | | Zachary | Boucher | | Jordan | Dupuis | | Charlie | Waterton | | Anthony | Devogel | | William | Harris | | Francesco | Cirillo | | Charles | Tremblay | | Elias | Geldmeyer | | Giuliano | Pallo | | Noah | Geiger | | Remo | Facchini | | Kevin | Bleeker | | Malte | Schmidt | | Anthony | Debeule | | Joaquim | Donoso | | Theo | Vachon | | Dimitris | Athanasiadis | | Bendik | Kolstad | | Rick | van Driel | | Óscar | Gorriaran | | Noa | van Hout | | Serhiy | Oleskyi | | Sergei | Kanadov |
Analysis: A surefire perfect squad missing nothing but a GC champion. Kanadov, Oleyski, Vachon, Van Driel, AND Anthanasiadis is one complete lead group if you ask me. On top of that, there is a whole pack of wolves to push them to victory this year. My favourite for AUCL champion.
Prediction: 1st

Spoiler | Andrin | Alber | | Sebastiano | Coronoa | | Giacomo | Turri | | Michele | Coronoa | | Antonio | Randazzo | | Davide | Manca | | Giuseppe | Raimondo | | Stefano | Studer | | Emilio | Mancini | | Luka | Beuret | | Antonio | Rubino | | Manuele | Amoroso | | Christian | Comman | | Leonardo | Martini | | Raffaele | Mastroianni | | Andrea | Franchi | | Eduardo | Caruso | | Flavio | Ridolfi | | Fernando | Guidi | | Mattia | Tedeschi |
Analysis: With three workhorses for points, it isn't likely that Italo - Swiss Life will dominate any terrrain. Tedeschi can claim some hills, Guidi and Caruso some minor races, but I don't foresee marginal gains on the other teams.
Prediction: 6-12
La Gazzetta Dello Sport - Gaerne

Spoiler | Sandro | Capone | | Jordon | Reese | | Mattia | Rotondi | | Armando | Rossi | | Raimondo | Buffa | | Lukasz | Pietrzyk | | Stu | Graham | | Gabriele | Rossi | | Carlo | Occhipinti | | LuÃs | Torrado | | Paul | Garibay | | Fabian G. | Lenz | | Paolo | Morra | | Jonas | Evers | | Andreas K. | Stolz | | Sven | Burger | | Mario | Berlusconi | | Filippo | Russo | | Rodrigo | Serio | | Fabio | Alberto | | Miha | Kovacic | | Alfredo | Davide | | Ernesto | Amato | | Massimo | Gandolfi | | Filippo | Cella |
Analysis: Cella and 15 teammates. The other teams will have a whale of a time trying to keep up with this squad on the grades, in fact, looking at the sheer ability of Cella alone, this team is a contender for the top slots.
Prediction: Top 5

Spoiler | Arsen | Kostomarov | | Pavel | Avtukhov | | Georgi | Kolosov | | Arsen | Fedchenkov | | Georgi | Bespalov | | Shamil | Chudov | | Albert | Perov | | Artur | Karantirov | | Leonid | Khalipov | | Vladimir | Gorelov | | Pavel | Karchagin | | Eduard | Startsev | | Kirill | Tsiolkovsky | | Shamil | Dudko | | Maksim | Yevtushenkov | | Mark | Zemljic | | Albert | Tsiolkovsky | | Vladimir | Batishchev | | Pieter | Peeters | | Gaetano | Righetti |
Analysis: Gazprom may be rated as one of the best teams, but I think that there will be a whole lot of trouble when the Spring ends and the GCs come around. A pure cobbles squad, Righetti and Peeters should net a lot of points, but the rest shouldn't do much.
Prediction: 6-12
AirFrance Procycling Team

Spoiler | Yoan | Ballet | | Sylvain | Martin | | Benoit | Leroy | | Steven | Beck | | Marc | Vigneron | | Patrice | Coupe | | Adam | Chiron | | David | Lheureux | | Lukas | Merle | | Evan | Chrétien | | Sylvain | Fourcade | | Stephane | Lepetre | | Clément | Chesneau | | Pieter | Loef | | Alexandre | Bourgoin | | Maurice | Lasserre | | Yvan | Bour | | Sander | Dewitte | | Tim | Mets | | Thibault | Verbeke |
Analysis: With a good depth to both Sprinting and Cobbles, AirFrance could surprise this season. I predict lots of "nickel and dime" points coming in, perhaps keeping them high in the rankings for the entirety of the season.
Prediction: 6-12

Spoiler | David | McCoy | | Bortolo | di Santo | | Jacob | Williamson | | Wayne | Loubser | | Angel | Burgaleta | | Rasmus | McIntosh | | Trent | Scott | | Bill | Clapham | | Andrin | Zimmermann | | Killian | Daley | | Mário | Rocha | | Anthony | Morgans | | Thomas | Verrier | | Anthony | Hunter | | Sébastian | Lannoy | | Jon | Brooks | | Steyn | van Dijk | | Jackson | Martin | | Robin | Somers |
Analysis: While maintaining excellent depth, Gatorade lacks a true leader in any terrain. Lots of minor points from sprint finishes, but probably not likely to go very far in terms of points.
Prediction: 10-16

Spoiler | Aleksei | Kiryanov | | Alexander | Sherkov | | Kirill | Krupnov | | Yevgeni | Budnikov | | Alim | Ivanov | | Aleksei | Chuchumashev | | Aleksandr | Moiseyev | | Maksim | Lapotnikov | | Arman | Ibrashev | | Vitali | Gulin | | Vladimir | Vikashev | | Augustas | Mickus | | Igor | Gibazov | | Martynas | Sabaliauskas | | Rasmus | Viks | | Vladimir | Shurshalin | | Yerbol | Jourchenko | | Bendegúz | Budai | | Edgaras | Kavaliauskas | | Samo | Tomazic | | Tycho | van der Byl | | Dominik | Lisowski | | Filip | Kavcic | | Floris | Hilgers |
Analysis: De Jongh and Hilgers; the dynamic duo--the power pair--the only point scoring riders for Ameriabank. In fact, there isn't even much help beyond Kavcic and Lisowski. Lots of disappointments this season due to lack of support and general weak construction.
Prediction: 12-16

Spoiler | Alex | Abrego | | Juan Antonio | Gallardo | | Sérgio | Madueira | | Bill | Watson | | Julián | Santos | | Francisco Manuel | Nunes | | Carlos | Ibarran | | Daniele | Serra | | Gustavo | Almeida | | Kaarel | Loskutov | | Hamish | O'Brien | | Jakob | Thelander | | Ricardo | Lima | | Tadeusz | Orlowski | | Roberto | Rios | | Daniel | Turner | | Henri | Lapeyre | | Rui Miguel | Moreira | | Lander | Legorburu | | Tobias | Kaminski | | Andoni | Gandiaga | | Julian | Bracke | | Mikelats | Arambel | | Victor | Lemay | | Arnas | Vitkus |
Analysis: Husky may be the king of the league, but La-Antarte is a close second. Lemay is a dominant force in the GCs, and, in testing stages, won 7 out of 9 Grand Tours. Lemay could be the sole reason for La-Antarte to snatch the title away from Husky.
Prediction: Top 3

Spoiler | Andrea | Palmisano | | Nils | Schneider | | Volker | Schröder | | Sven | Richter | | Renato | Vera | | Giuseppe | Ferro | | Holger | Bertram | | Riccardo | Romano | | Antonio | Cataldi | | Mario | Marin | | Thomas | Holzer | | Nils | Sonne | | René | Steinbach | | Sven J. | Andre | | Giambattista | Melandri | | Thomas | Fischer | | Sven R. | Damm | | Sven R. | Döring | | Richard | Pape | | Steffen | Bär | | Tom | Buchholz |
Analysis: Yet another manager who forgot to bid completely. Another sloppily thrown together team, lacking any chance of victory.
Prediction: 16-18

Spoiler | Carlos Nuno | Castelhano | | José Carlos | Mariz | | Mirko | Bischoff | | Hendrik | Wahl | | Daniel | Miller | | Rui | Baldaia | | Ricardo | Cardoso | | Francisco | Crespo | | Richard | Alex | | Manuel | Cabral | | Gustavo José | Arantes | | Pedro | Soares | | Raul | Castelo Branco | | Simon | Müller | | Julian | Wilms | | Niklas | Alex | | Patrick | Noack | | Marcel S. | Brandl | | Nico | Schell | | Levin | Alber | | Andrea | Casanova | | Alessio | Orlando | | Sven | Van den Bossche |
Analysis: Though not bidding past the first rounds, AdWay came off quite good. Van Den Bossche, undoubtedly the strongest cobbler in the league, will pick up fountains of points during the spring, then hand it over to Orlando for an outside shot at the rest of the season. Could score nothing, could win everything.
Prediction: 8-15
Scheduling starts soon!

I looked for any reason that you could get beaten, but having two of the three ultimate sprinters, plus a punchy sprinter, AND a decent classics squad made you untouchable in my opinion. La-Antarte is in the same room though.

La-Antarte
Very strong lead out train.
Will kill everyone in Mountains and Stage Races.
A cobbles team which is pretty good.
Good timetrialists.
We shall destroy you all

So yeah... I think this could have been done, or at least promoted better, judging by the number of teams filled out with U25's. If people aren't bidding then something has gone wrong, especially when those teams were run my Jaxika, Dippo and Emre who have all be pretty active on the site or sub-forum in particular.
Equally the system for sacking rides wasn't very good, as there was zero value to doing so without real possibility to sign FA replacements. Add in zero transfers at all and my team is so fucked i think i'm just gonna drop out. There is no fun to be had there for me, and yes it was my own fault i accept that.
Best of luck though, but like with ICL there are kinks to work on for the future
