No not that . But something like that 
But i have make a new Country and call it ''Belgien'' (Belgium in danish), and i have take the same country logo like Belgium, and make Boones as champ.
But he can't ride in the national stages. And for WC, maybe it's works if you make a new Boonen and let him ride for Belgium. I dont know if thats work?

bright yellow and black isn't the smoothiest of combos, a slightly calmer yellow with a grey would do better for example.
