There is a fairly big difference between talking to the referee and harassing the referee

Sent off should be 2-3 game ban
Headbutting a player another 6-7 games
I'd expect him to be banned for 8-10 games, maybe up to 15 if the FA is in a bad mood. (saying as an FA Ref)
can't even think of the fine to Newcastle but probably another 100k minimum.
I could be wrong as i expected Suarez to be banned for 15 games minimum for biting Ivanovic.
