photoshop can be bad yes, but that doesn't say it is impossible to do
vermarc can also be bad quality when made smaller, but if you move it while resizeing, it will be good again |

From what I saw from the shirt's back, I'd say that las9 version is more precise with the form of the blue blotches, but I think it may be wrong about the size of some logos.
