Well, they played against each other earlier this season, and Giants led that match until the very last minutes where Brady suddenly woke up. So it's definitely not impossible. |

I think I might watch the halftime show because of Tom Petty. I haven't followed football at all for probably 3 years since the last season I played.

I think the Giants have been the better team though. Eli has been ok, but very close to being intercepted a lot of times, it's a miracle he's only had 1 interception
And Brady's having a bad gameB) Mainly because Giants defence has been great so far. They really are doing great, and deserve to be at the very least level into the half maybe even ahead. Just a pity Manning has kind of clammed up towards the end-zone

The head NFL dude just said that NFL matches will be coming to England not just in 2008 but 2009 and 2010 tooB)
Hopefully the pitch will be better next time they come, or at least they could fork out and get turf for the NFL and football seperately.
The dude also said that after 2012 Olympics the Superbowl could come to England, I doubt that really

Good news about the NFL's trips to London, don't think its reasonable to host the superbowl though.
Talking of which, its been a close game so far...I think Patriots will win, although hopefully not just by 7-3! |

Awesome play by Manning and Tyrene with 0:59 left:0
they're on the Patriots 24 with 0 timeout's left, it'll have to be something special to win, but that Manning-Tyrene play was very special so it could happen again

I started watching 1:59 to go. It was a good game from what I saw. Billichik needs to lose about 100 pounds and needs to grow up. walking off the field like that justs makes him look like an ass. Whe I played we had our fair share of success (state champs 2003!) but we always shook hands at the end of the game win or lose.

"Billichik" (spelling...) did one wrong: He was way too arrogant. Going for a first down on 4th down and 13 in the first half -- that's either plain stupidity or arrogance towards to Giants' defence.
Also, I don't get how four Patriots-players, who all have their hands on Eli Manning, don't manage to get him down. What a play by Manning, and what a play by Tyrenne.
I'm not a fan of either of the teams, but I always love to see the underdog win - and I did today. I was at a cinema with about 500 other people, watching the game. The tension was high, and it was really an enjoyable match - especially the 4th quarter. This Super Bowl will go down in history. |
