First of all everybody, I'm sincerely sorry about how long the waits have been, it's hasn't been Croatia's fault, just mine, so sorry about all that. 
This is the final round to sign FAs before transfers, fill it in the same as any other round.

EDIT: One question, can I buy Free Agents even after the FA Round 3 ends if I have budget remaining?

Since the MG transfer season is in full swing and most mangers part of that (including us) won't have time at the moment, we're just waiting a couple days for that to calm down before continuing, shouldn't be too long.
