in game you have these black boxes on some parts of the bike , especially on the cabels of the brakes and stuff..

The boxes appear because the texture has no alpha channal.
If puceta knows how it works he can add them else I can help.

Its good work with the Saxo Bank bike , pueceta. Buts its not correct. The "S" for Specialized is just one of the thing there a missing at the bike. Sorry.
Here at the pic you can see the white "S" witch is missing at yours Saxo Bank bike.

RadioShack, BMC, Garmin and Rabobank also use this helmet so the template can be use for many helmets

No BMC and Leopard are using Bell. The rest uses Giro but it's the same helmet. Since Easton owns both brands I think thats the reason.
Even the stripes on the helmet are the same:
