Ow, how I hope the German team will humiliate this Brazilian farce. The former divine canaries are really that bad, it's awful.
Being Dutch, I favour Germany tuesday!!

Now I remember why I can't stand watching football half of the times... Because of this. Fack da Brasil. Fack Neymar, what a bloody wuss. I'm going to bet he hasn't got anything and that was just for gaining time... |

Nah, he's everly injured, but thanks to some corticosteroids, he'll be fine to play the semi final and score the winning goal in the 120th minute...
But the world is talking about some cycling dumbass that took corticosteroids and finished 128th in the GC of the Ster ZLM Tour, thinking it is okay for footballers to dope.

The three scorers in this match will play in France next year
Monaco were good when they signed James Rodriguez last year. What a player ! He was good in the last championship, but now he shows it to the world !

Ospina was absolutely terrible. I feel like he wasn't 100%. Colombia played the better of the two sides, but all I kept hearing was how much better Brazil were, not sure why even the commentators had to make stuff up like that but it makes you wonder.
The reffing also didn't seem very good at all. Probably could have been a lot of 2nd yellows in this match if he actually decided to give a card before the 70th minute or whatever it was after so many clear fouls.
And finally all the diving in this game definitely took away from an exciting match.

Germany and Brazil........Who should win? No one plz. I cant stand that either of those will be in the final.
But in the end I like Brazil a bit more than Germany. Germany must be eliminated! Holland should gtfo of the WC aswell, nobody likes diving Robben and Holland.
Argentina, Belgium or Costa Rica plz win the world cup. Oh well at least the Tour is starting 2morrow
Present:
Tinkoff-Saxo - AG2R - Colombian riders
Past:
Francisco Mancebo - Illes balears - Carlos Sastre - Kelme - Robbie McEwen

Diving Robben? Admitted he made 1 schwalbe in the 1st half, but should have gotten a penalty when that Mexican hit him and broke his lower leg. Also the penalty, he got hit. Maybe not enough to get a penalty, but still, he got hit.
Nah, he aint the drama queen he used to be. Saw a lot more diving and schwalbes with Brazil and al the other South American teams. Only Hulk counts for 50% of all schwalbes in this World Cup...
Belgium and Holland should make the semi, and then let the best country win (as a Dutch, I really don't care if Holland gets eliminated, as long as the oppoent is better).

Why is everyone so disrespectful of Neymar? I'm not a fan myself, but it is ridiculous. Neymar easily falls to the ground, but what about every other footballer? Everyone does it, and it has become a part of the games, unfortunately.
And the incident where Neymar was substituted, was that also a "dive"? Zuñiga obviously banged his knee against Neymar's back, and it seems like Neymar currently is on the hospital.

I love Neymar but you have to be blind if you cant see that he sometimes falls like he has just been hit by Mike Tyson at his peak.
Neymar is a huuuuge girl and i do sometimes wonder if he is a man or he is a girl posing as a man.
But that knee in the back , if anyone says Neymar dived there they are freaking morons , saw it again and its insane that the colombian player didn´t get a direct red card, its almost like he went 100% for making sure Neymar didn´t play anymore for awhile and the rumours are that Neymar is out of the WC with a broken bone in his back.
Anyways hopefully we will see him in the finals against Argentina or Holland.

First of all, just to clarify: I'm cheering against Brazil, Neymar is the player I probably dislike the most and the thought of him being even more overrated and hyped in the press if Brazil wins the cup is terrifying. But this:

Just like every team that played against Brazil this World Cup was.
I think I've read this in nearly all Brazil games. There was the ridiculous ref mistake against Croacia, which was a very unfair result (neither team was playing well, the draw was the fairest result). But apart from that, how was Brazil benefited any more than the other (big) teams? (yes, unfortunately big teams do get the dubious calls way more often than smaller ones) Even the dubious call on Hulk's goal against Chile was in fact called against Brazil. If everything was supposedly set up for Brazil to win, I really doubt that would happen.
As for Neymar falling in the end of the game, I myself shouted that he was just bitching again but the fact that he's currently in hospital with a fractured vertebra and out of the world cup has proved me wrong (and fuck that, now if Brazil goes out everybody will hail Neymar with which Brazil would have won because he is bla bla football genius and bla bla).
I don't think the refereeing in this game was good. Although there were no game-defining mistakes, the ref called too few fouls and even less yellows, but I can't see a pattern of mistakes favoring Brazil. According to Daily Mail's match report, there's complaints for yellow for Fernandinho and Silva, Zuniga and Cuadrado. I've also seen a post saying that the foul that would result in the 2nd goal was not a foul, but rather a Hulk dive - please, I'm not going any further in any football discussion if you say that, it was a clear foul.
Finally, as for the game, it was a great game. Colombia was better in the 2nd half, Rodriguez once again was excellent, but the rest of the team wasn't on the same level. Compared to the game against Uruguay, Cuadrado was rather poor today. Ospina could have avoided the 2nd goal with better positioning, maybe then Colombia could have taken it to overtime but going 0-2 to any big team in the World Cup in the 2nd half is obviously quite hard to get back. Germany and Brazil should be an excellent game, hoping for a Germany - Argentina final.

You anti-patriotic bastard Jk,
I mostly agree with your thoughts on the matter. This WC has seen some wonderful matches but the refereeing has been poor imo. Not that any team has been continuously benefited by it though.
It's a shame to see both Rodriguez and Neymar out of the tournament in the same match. It's tough on the referee to say it was his fault, but tbh this anti-card policy, which we have seen throughout the whole event, makes it easier for this sort of accidents to happen. I generally prefer this sort of refereeing philosophy but yesterday's match was too much. There needs to be a balance. Awarding a yellow to Thiago Silva and Rodriguez and letting Fernandinho and Zuniga without one is unacceptable.
Anyway I guess we'll have a better understanding of what Brazil is really worth as a team without their leader.
Rooting for an all-european semi-final today. If Costa-Rica goes through I'm placing a bid for them to win the WC
