Argos are stronger.
I don't think so. There are just so many more sprints, so a sprinters team have many more chances to look good.
Then they are stronger? Or maybe better is the right word. Still Euskaltel, besides Samu, are pretty average. Hope Izagirre and Landa become great rider, but otherwise guys like Antón or Nieve are not in the Kittel/Degenkold level. Not even close.

Argos-Shimano apparently saying they're going to sign an American to appease Felt. Looking down the list of question mark riders on CQ, I'd said Kiel Reijnen seems like he's a possible candidate. Would be interested to see what he could do in Europe. |

Polish U-23 champion Pawel Poljanski is rumoured to have signed for Farnese Vini, no idea what kind of rider he is, he's obviously a handy young rider. |

Didn't he win Tour of Rwanda last year?

Lawson Craddock could be a good candidate, too.
Edit: They should get Van Baarle too. I'm surprised no one signed him yet. He had a good season.

Craddock's a little young to be jumping up to WT, I think he's only 20. Another year with Bontrager and I think he'll be comparable to Boswell (in development, they're not similar riders).
I'd really like to see Reijnen move up. He's one of those riders that whenever I watch him on form, reminds me a lot of a, dare I say it, Danny Pate. Same sort of all-around quality that can lend itself nicely to a WT or PCT team looking for support.

Yes, and he's had some good results in places like Korea as well. Doesn't seem like much, but those are the only places he rides where he can pick up points. He's had a couple straight quality seasons on the NRC calendar.

On a different note, Cyclingnews reporting that Txurruka is looking at Caja Rural or an Italian team. Androni, Lampre, couple possibilities there. |

I'd love to see Txurruka at Caja Rural, think he'd be suited nicely there. |

I agree. Txrruka's major issue is that he isn't really a domestique. He can do work on the front, but he's mainly a stage hunter and fighter. Ideally, he'd be on a team where he'd be given a free hand to get up the road on just about every mountain stage, with the understanding that he's riding for himself unless he's reached by a team leader, in which case he's supposed to lend his support there. I've never felt like Euskatel used him that way. It always seemed like he was allowed to attack only when they didn't feel they'd need him to support Samu or Anton or whoever, and was expected to sit back and be just another domestique when they felt they would.
At Caja Rural, he'd most likely be given a free role in just about every race, with the same tactical strategy I just mentioned. He'd just be allowed to attack off the front, and see what happened. |

Won both Albanian championships this year, but hasn't got many more results in 2012. Wonder how he'll do in Christina Watches. |

How come you read Le Télégramme ? It's only published in the western part of Brittany.
Although I assume you most likely found the information somewhere else quoting that paper. |

Word is that Sergio Pardilla has signed for MTN, great signing IMO interesting to see him in a leadership role.
Movistar sign Spanish pursuit rider Eloy Teruel too. |
