Well, I think Francis De Greef could fight for the KOM jersey: 75 MO / 73 HIL / 73 REC. KOM jersey will bring valuable points for the ranking to get promotion. And don't forget that you get points every day when you have this jersey (sprinter and leader too). So the sooner you get it, the better
I will not open a topic for this question but does someone remember how to determine the maximum allowed time delay at finish to not withdraw)? Thanks |

Season 2 with Giant-Shimano is getting a bit dull. Reaching April and Arndt has improved to 81/81 sprint alongside the 83 Kittel, 81 Bouhanni, 79 Sagan and 79 Dekegenkolb. Any race that finishes in a sprint we win already over 20 victories. 5 wins at TDU, 5 in Qatar, 5 in Oman, 2 in Paris-Nice and 3 in Tirreno.
Added to this and my new U25 signings are predicted 77+ in their key stats... Its a bit OP for me.
Cant quite decide what to do next. I've only got a few weeks of play time so it will be a 3 season game at most. Sky might be good with some self imposed restrictions or i might try either Garmin or BMC or Lampre, teams i havnt used in aaaaages.

For Wanty, I would try to get the Giro wildcard, De Greef as mentioned can target KoM and maybe a stage win in the mountains, while Napolitano with some nationality bonus could snatch a few decent sprint results (win would be a big surprise tough).

I have a long time Sky career which I started a while ago. I've won the tour with Froome three years in a row, the Vuelta twice, and the Giro once with Porte in 2014. Also won Liege with Uran twice, TDU with Kennaugh, Tirreno, Paris-Nice, Romandie, and Dauphine with Froome, Poland with Porte, Wevelgelm twice with EBH, La Fleche with Henao, Criterium Int and Amgen ToC with Froome. Also Omloop, Dwars, Schelderprijs, and Brabantse with EBH/Thomas. Won the Velo D'or thrice with Froome. And before you say it, I'm playing on extreme. I think I need to move on

I think you should choose less OP team.

Yup. Can't decide who to go with though. Maybe Trek, so I can bring the Schlecks back while having fun with Canc. Or a custom young CT team. |

Lotto career now in April. Roelandts doing well in the classics, 6th at De Ronde recently and also won GP Pino Cerami. Now approaching Roubaix on top form, would be happy with another too ten.
VDB has finished his first peak, highlights being 3rd at Paris Nice and 2nd at Criterium International. He will return later on for a Tour-Vuelta double. Greipel has also started preparing for the Tour, grabbing 5 stage wins so far including ones at Tirreno.
Monfort is building form before the Giro at the moment, getting a solid 7th at a star studded Pais Vasco. Vanendert is also hitting top form ahead of the Ardennes, which are coming up fast.
Currently we are away from relegation in 10th in the CQ ranking. Looks likely that the likes of Henderson and De Haes will leave at the end of the season to make way for more climbing depth. Planning on bringing in a Majka or a Spilak, as well as some Belgian talents like Benoot and Van Asbroeck.

PCM makes this quite hard but he should be able to be a domestiques in all three as I've saved him a busy early season. He'll definitely do the Giro and Tour, will have to see if here's a free Vuelta spot |

1. What effect does the role before every stage have?
Is it only important for satisfaction (and thus not at all) or also for any strength-bonus or something?
2. Does the difficulty level also concern simulated stages (better results with easier level)? |

IIRC your leader in the pre-race roles can't have a worse daily form than -2. |

Decided to put Meridiana Kamen career on hold (I am in promotion place at the moment - July and I don't want to use editor, but I don't want to promote either) and start something new.
Decided to start with Bardiani and this team looks amazingly good. Signed up for Giro, MSR, Tirreno and Romandie and alot of continental races. The team is really young (something that suits me) with Pirazzi as the oldest rider (26 y/o). Alot of talented riders in this team! Will write about it here.

Lets get some advice. Don't know which career to start so here are my options: (Looking to go about 3 seasons only)
Sky
- Can't have both Froome + Wiggins
- Can't have Cavendish with either Froome or Wiggins
- Can't keep EBH
- Can't have Porte + Froome
- Increase to min. 15 GB riders
- Increase to min. 25 GB/US/AUS/IRL/NZL riders
Garmin
- Increase to min. 15 USA riders
- Keep to 'clean' riders
Orica
- Go 100% AUS/NZL
Lotto
- Go 100% Belgian
- Can't have Greipel + VDB
Cannondale
- Go 100% Italian
- Can't keep Sagan beyond season 1
Can't decide which one to go with. Put more thought into Sky as i use them more often, with the rest just being additional guidlines to add some more fun.

The Orica challenge seems nice. You could actually try to win a GT with an Australian rider, too. Try sign Porte maybe |

Orica I'd say as well. Cannondale sounds cool, but is tough

In mid-late April of S2 of my PCT career. Been promoted and managed to get a very stong team (It's a bit OP but I'm not too bothered untill things get boringly easy). Just managed my best ever result in PR with 3rd - in a nailbiting sprint finish and some proper one-on-one racing Now preparing for the Giro and I should really look at which variant the PCM Daily DB has thrown at me but with Quintana who has developed 84 MON I can handle most things.
One question though: Do people play all the races or just the WT ones? I've taken to simming most HC/.1 races apart from one I like (Strade Bianche and a few others) |

I only play stages that are importen for my sponsor expetations or if its very hilly !
Often, the grand tours are required to play i think.
