Now I know why I always have liked Sastre..guy has a lot nerve..patience.
They ride grazy fast..ok I wait..and come back later.
This is Sastre as he is always in Vuelta ..never gives up. |

The thing that is so wonderful about Wiggins doing great is that I have warned people about him for several months now, most of them not taking me seriously.

I'm quite happy for wiggins, good guy, honest. (His book is a great read). And he's not a bad time trialist, watch out for him in the top 5 in Paris, heck why not top 3.

He's stopped track all together this year, and this is the result. It's completly different training.
