If my one of my top riders didn't drop back to help a teammate after his attack failed maybe would have made the top ten....oh well I have like 6 sprinters ready for the Down under Classic

Despite only coming 2nd overall, by 34 seconds, it is Jose Chacon who takes the lead in the continental standings, thanks to his overall consistency. 2 Stage wins plus the points and mountains jersey. Danielson is a close 2nd, followed at some distance by Medina, Siutsou and Ochoa Quintero. Franklin Chacon is the best ranked B Team rider in 8th.

Since Clarke and Martinez were tied, it went down to who had the most wins. Clarke had 1, Martinez 0, so Clarke took the 3 points for it
