instead of grey, i would try black. I think it would look much better then.

Nice jersey, but you have the same issue I did on my McLaren-Honda jersey with the seams - the high contrast between the black and white has made it horribly pixelated

In my opinion the black line through the flag shouldn't be there. It should just be part of the flag (yellow)  But nice NC design, one of the few i like that is "just" the flag on the normal jersey (like Astana, Movistar, Leopard etc.)
