Of all the people, it had to be one of the nicest, most honest guys around. Holy Hell

What a bad month for cycling with Wouter and Xavier gone
Also Denifl had a near death experience:

Glad he is okay. |

Sorry. I don't check that topic, for obvious reasons

RIP Xavi. Terrible news news for the world of cycling but specially for Spain. He was a really great person. I remember a conversation in Vuelta with him a few years ago when he was in Andalucia Cajasur . He was, is and will always be one of the nicest person I´ve met. Rest in Peace Xavier. |

He was referring to the "meanwhile, Radioshack's hotel and team vehicles were searched today in connection with an unnamed investigation" which you obviously didn't see in-here. |

Who said Contador won't ride the Tour?
Now, Luis Sanz, the legal adviser for RFEC says the questioning of Contador probably won't find place between 6.-8. of June. According to him, the reason is that RFEC and Contador haven't sended CAS the necessary documentation. He guess the questioning will find place later this year, between middle of July and start of September.
If this is true, ASO can hopefully deny Contador to start the Tour. That will at least limit the "damage" he makes when he's racing.

It seems Contador's tactic is to try and delay the hearing until after the Tour

I'd like a source for this piece of information. I haven't been able to find it in any of my regular-read news media. |

Let him win the triple, then get DQ'ed and it all be taken away

Oh, come on! This is in fact bad news for him (and good news for all you Contador haters out here) since for sure ASO will deny him to start when there's no verdict before the start.
They've done so before, With Basso and Ullrich in 2006, and the whole Astana team in 2007, so yes, they can do it... |
