If you see the unchanged example, it clearly states that only the loaning in team can exceed the cap, and that too if that rider is the only one on which the loan cap is used, and also level 1.
This rule was not applied correctly for a number of riders in the past, including the aforementioned Ayuso, and more, without calling out specific names. This was mainly due to the vague wording of the rule itself, although the example was quite clear.
Even if I don't agree with this interpretation of the rule, it's good to have official confirmation that the double loan cap break is no longer alllowed, although I do think it should be for the overall health of the game, but that's a discussion for next year. Thanks Abhi.

Good to see it clarified before someone, definitely not me, would have done something similar again this year. Can’t quite put my finger on why I’d have missed it or it didn’t click but yeah. All clear now.

Always good to clarify rules if there has been even a tiny bit confusion about them

Just to confirm the limit of two bids per 30 mins on day one (or whatever exactly it was) from previous years is not in place now that we have the new tool? I'm at a festival on friday and would ideally like to spam all my bids inbetween sets

Correct. Just spam your bids into the FA tool whenever available

Just curious as I don't think it's explicitly covered (not in the Free Agents section at least): if a team wanted to Free Agent bid on a sacked rider, that would be done in the Free Agents forum?

There are three Transfers forums:
[Man-Game] Transfers: Free Agents
For sackings and free agent bidding on previously sacked riders.
[Man-Game] Transfers: Deals
For the deal confirmation threads for Trades and Loans
[Man-Game] Transfers: Adverts
The forum for you to advertise riders you have for sale - either by having a thread for all of your team sales, or rider specific threads. This is also the only forum that can be used to discuss Transfers.

CT FREE RIDERS
Teams have until the end of transfers to submit their prioritised list of preferred 'free riders'.
For us "new" CT managers can I get clarification on this, I can't find this info checking through Rules and Announcements. I would like to make it easiest for the Admins.
Who do we submit the list to (ManGame-Admin/UU/Someone else?) and what format should it be in?
I currently have a spreadsheet I can share or could do a table format in a PM like this
| Priority | CyclistID | Last name | First name |
Thanks D2B

Please put the lists in the body of a PM to ManGame-Admin formatted as a table. The format below D2B suggests is good. |
